With 100% heritage cacahuazintle corn and an ancient nixtamalization process typically reserved for food, Abasolo creates a unique spirit. Abasolo Ancestral Corn Whisky is a groundbreaker: the first whisky made entirely from ancestral Mexican cacahuazintle corn. This distinct variety, cultivated by local farmers for over 200 generations, undergoes nixtamalization to reveal deep flavors of roasted corn, honey, vanilla, black tea, and leather. At its core, this 86-proof whisky celebrates Mexican heritage with every sip, offering a tasting experience unlike any other.
