Aberlour, residing in a picturesque town of — yes, Aberlour, just a shout away from the legendary Walkers Shortbread bakery, has Speyside in its genes. Betting on fruit-forward character with a Sherry cask soul, they create six Whiskies in the core of their Single Malt range.

After the blockbuster of A'bunadh comes the new kid on the blocks of Aberlour and it's a cheeky and fun NAS Single Malt matured in a trio of casks (European and American Oak). "Casg Annamh" is Gaelic for "rare cask" and as the name implies, this Batch #1 is the very first. The Casg is a perfect introduction to Whiskies that were matured in Sherry casks and this particular batch spent some time in former Oloroso Sherry vessels. Young and fresh aromas accompanied by lovely sweet flavors will surely make you enamored with this kind of Whisky and we're sure many batches are bound to come after this one.
