A truly special Vodka worth your attention.
Synergy Group was launched in Moscow in 1999 by Alexander Mechetin to develop premium brands. Notably, in 2002 they collaborated with the Mariinsk Distillery to promote their new Beluga Vodka. Within a few years they had purchased the brand and distillery while acquiring dozens of Russian Spirits brands. The meteoric global success of the Beluga line inspired them to re-brand the entire company after their flagship product as Beluga Group. They currently own five production distilleries across Russia and distribute their quality products globally.
The Mariinsk Distillery is literally in the middle of nowhere. It’s located nearly two hundred miles from the nearest town in the middle of Siberian farmland where it has been distilling Vodka for more than one hundred years. And it is precisely this location that has shaped Beluga Noble Russian Vodka. They used 100% local Russian wheat that has been naturally malted. After fermentation and triple distillation, the Spirit is filtered through quartz sand, activated silver, and charcoal to deliver a silky smooth expression and cut to proof with water drawn from an 850-foot deep aquifer storing centuries of snow-melt. Finally, the proofed Spirit is rested for thirty days before bottling.
Rarely is a Vodka made with such superlative care.
