A dark Irish Stout raised to proof with triple-distilled Irish Whiskey for the best bottled cocktail of the year so far.

Drinksology Kirker Greer was founded in 2007 by Steven Pattison and Richard Ryan. Still independently owned, they are based in Belfast Northern Ireland but have strategically located offices in Dublin, London, and New York. They consistently churn out a delightful selection of Spirits from scratch in a creative frenzy for such a young company. Their exceptional products range widely across the landscape from Whiskies and Gins to Rums and Liqueurs.

The cocktail "Boilermaker" is normally not known for its quality. It is a simple drink, consisting of shot of Whiskey poured into a Beer on tap. But the good folks at Kirk Greer decided to make it right, Irish-style.

Black Irish Made Dark Spirit Drink is a combination of very Dark Irish Stout mixed with triple-distilled Irish Whiskey that has been aged in darkly-charred American oak casks. And that Stout has been made from dark "chocolate malt" and spice. So, what you’ve got here is a full-flavor bottle of Irish culture at 40% ABV!

Smartass Corner:
"The Boilermaker" was invented in Butte, Montana, in the late 1800s and was served to miners at the end of their shifts. The original name of the drink was "Sean O’Farrell," so the Irish roots of the cocktail shine through.
