A gluten-free, vegan, and delicious Gin from Brighton.

It all started back in 2012 with a vision and some experimenting – with some attempts more successful than others. But then, they did it. Founded by Kathy Caton, a Gin that embodies the Spirit of Brighton was finally born. Unusual, playful, and fiercely independent, just like the seaside city it was named for, it’s crafted from 100% organic wheat. The lead distiller Paul personally peels fresh oranges and limes to obtain some lively zest for the two Gins in their range: Pavilion and Seaside. A crafted premium British Gin that’s hand-made in small batches of just 250 bottles. And BTW, it’s gluten-free! And 100% vegan. And it’s won prestigious awards. And it went to Oxford. (One of these is false.)

Handcrafted from 100% wheat yet gluten-free, Brighton Gin Pavilion Strength is made with juniper, orange and lime peel, coriander seeds, spice, angelica, and local milk thistle from the South Downs. It’s clear and bright with subtle juniper notes and orange flavors. Gentle, soft, and approachable, it won Gold at the 2017 International Wine & Spirits Competitions and Silver at the 2018 nternational Wine & Spirits Competitions for Gin & Tonic.
