Buffalo Trace created an experimental blend of eight similar casks back in 1991, and left it in charred white oak barrels until it was 'rediscovered' in 2010. Meanwhile, it lost 62% of the sauce to the angels, so they bottled it at 45%.

The time capsule from the Nineties is warm and spicy with lovely notes of candied frut and a never-ending finish.
