Unveil the secret treasures of Cambridge Botanic Garden.

Cambridge, the home of the World's most distinguished universities and the place of a countless discoveries. It's where members of the British Royal Family, Prime Ministers and Nobel Laureates have received their education. What Cambridge missed was a distillery, and it wasn't until 2011 that one was established. The Cambridge Distillery, which is UK's smallest, employs 21st century technology to produce and perfect their magnificent Gin. They're the World's first Gin Tailor. What that means is that they produce bespoke Gin blends tailored for individuals, institutions and some of the World's leading restaurants. Taking your wishes and personal taste into consideration, they create something that fits your style exactly.

Wonder where Curator’s Gin got its name from? Well, it was crafted with the help of Cambridge University Botanic Garden's Curator who selected the most secret treasures of one of the most exciting botanic gardens to craft this rare Gin. The botanicals that made the cut included fresh lemon lavender, ginger rosemary, and crisp apples from Sir Isaac Newton’s tree (The debate is still out on whether this use was more important than their role in discovering the concept gravity!). The botanicals were harvested and distilled individually and the final result is an intensely floral, aromatic Gin that was created to take your G&T o’clock to new dimensions. It already won Double Gold at China Wine and Spirits Best Value Awards 2021 and Gold at European Spirit Challenge 2021.

Reading up about this gin is extremely interested, all the botanicals are picked and distilled from fresh, right from within the Cambridge University Botanical Garden. Even containing the disitllation of an apple from sir issac newtons tree for fun.

This is a wonderfully herbaceous gin, using interesting forms of lavender and rosemary. but has a citrusy flavour that comes from Lemon Lavendar, who knew there were so many species!
