Learn more >They call them the Wizards of Cambridge.
Okay, maybe that’s just what we call them but William and Lucy Lowe from the Cambridge Distillery have been known to do some serious wizardry stuff. Their mind-bending Gins are a product of the ‘mad scientist’ kind of experimentation. From Gin made by artificial intelligence to citrus Gin without any actual citrus, their concoctions might seem like illusions but they are actually meticulously crafted in tiny volumes by hand and innovative technology. Meet the Gins of the Future.
These two wizards of Cambridge created the first ever Japanese Gin that comes from well, Cambridge. How can it be a Japanese Gin then, you ask? Cambridge Distillery Japanese Gin brings together the traditional juniper berries with traditional Japanese botanicals, such as Yuzu, Shiso leaf, and Sanshō. Like with all Cambridge Gins, the temperature of distillation is lowered to preserve the freshest and richest flavors on the well-balanced palate.
Because we know you like the good stuff in life, we have no doubt you’ll be into Cambridge Distillery Truffle Gin. Besides the traditional London Dry botanicals of juniper, angelica, and others, this precious potion is made with one of the most expensive botanicals in the whole world— white truffles from Piedmont, Italy. The distillery says it’s “the world’s first Gin digestif”.
You know how the seasons, like, change? Cambridge Distillery Three Seasons Gin captures the ever-changing seasons of an English garden. It was designed to show you each season’s archetypical botanical individually. The holy botanical trio of this elegant and vibrant Gin consists of spring lemon verbena, fresh summer rose, and rich blackcurrant leaf: they all make an appearance at different points of your sipping experience.
