A rich and warm Añejo Tequila with a great balance of herbaceous agave and wood influence notes.
Master Tequilero Arturo Fuentes is a celebrity in the world of Tequila. He has spent his entire career crafted some of the finest brands in the world. He is joined by Master Blender Alejandro Carcia Páez at the Fabrica de Tequilos Finos distillery where they create the full lineup of ultra-premium agave Spirits for Cenote Tequila. Currently the range includes Blanco, Reposado, Añejo, Cristalino, and the game-changing "Green Orange" agave Liqueur infused with bitter orange zest.
The first thing you notice about Cenote Tequila Añejo is its rich amber coloring coming from a full year aging in American oak casks. But the story starts long before that. This is 100% Weber blue agave Spirit expertly crafted by masters of the craft. In fact, during its first year of release it took home the Gold Medal at The Spirits Business Tequila & Mezcal Masters competition.

~65 million years ago, a large meteor impacted the Yucatán Peninsula. The event fractured the limestone bedrocks, allowing rainwater to begin seeping into the ground. The Mayan word "cenote" means "sacred well." They are sinkholes filled with fresh limestone water where the fractures have opened to the surface.
