Coming from the famous Loire Valley in France, Chambord Liqueur is a velvety and smooth black raspberry Liqueur. It’s 100% French and you know how the French are when it comes to fine Spirits: they pretty much know what they’re doing. This one blends together a precious XO Cognac with exquisite flavors of black raspberry. But how is this beauty crafted, you ask?

Chambord Liquere Royale starts with extracting delicious and natural juices from their blackberries, raspberries, and blackcurrants that are blended with the finest French Spirits and a 6YO XO COgnac and left to rest for 4 weeks. But that’s just phase 1. Then, a double infusion takes place and the berries are gently pressed. Voila, the silky infusion base of Chambord. In the final stage, the luxurious liqueur is refined with Madagascan vanilla, Moroccan citrus peel, and delicate honey. A very well-balanced Spirit, every fine ingredient complements the exceptional flavors of the exquisite XO Cognac.

An amazing liqueur that is great for sipping as a aperitif, and of course adds so much sweet, fruity flavor to many cocktails. It has a spot on my bar shelves from now on.
