Since 1877, Bodegas Williams & Humbert has been standing between the cities of Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa María and Sanlúcar de Barrameda – the territory often described as "the Mesopotamian valley of western Andalusia" due to the influence of two big rivers, Guadalquivir and Guadalete (Now say that fast three times!). The prestigious winery was founded by Sir Alexander Williams, a fan and connoisseur of Sherry, and Arthur Humbert, an international relations expert. This proved to be a winning combo with the house going on to do great things, like participating in the creation of the Jerez-Xérès-Brandy Quality Demarcation. Today, they're more than thriving over a century later with their enviable portfolio expanded to include Brandies, Sherries, Gins, Vodkas, white and red Wine, Liqueur, and Rums.

Cubical Premium London Dry Gin might not be their most famous product, but it showcases the unmatchable level of awesomeness their products possess. First of all, it’s hard to miss the bottling – the Cubical fittingly comes in a cube, which is, you know, a pretty cool thing to have on your shelf. Made from high quality English grain and distilled three times in more than 100-year-old stills, this refreshing Gino features a long list of botanicals: juniper, duuh, mandarin, thyme, chamomile, peppermint, aniseed, mango, sweet orange, almond, coriander, cinnamon, lemon, cardamom, and Budda’s hand – a type of citrus fruit. Bottled at 80 proof, these come together as a bright, vibrant and fruit-forward Gin.
