Usually, a Scotch of such class would be kept hidden in a dark cellar for another decade or two then sold for an insane amount of dinero to someone who'd likely use it for bragging rights only. Well, not today. And not this Scotch.
Craigellachie 12 YO is a Whisky that deserves to be tasted and shared. Another great Scottish Malt well deserving of the Deer, Bear & Moose seal of approval. Sure, the name is a mouthful, but so is this Whisky. Sherry-tinged, non-chill filtered, straight from the cask, and if the gods grin your way, soon to swirl in your glass.
Craigellachie. Hard to spell but easy to remember. This Scotch is a Moose(t)!
