Deer, Bear & Moose — masters of flavour, aroma and colour — are back. Guided by the sun and fueled by their relentless obsession to find the perfect dram, they traveled to the Hebridean Isle of Mull, where lies a lonesome distillery that goes by the name of Tobermory.

This time, the Wild Trio found a golden goodness that hails from heavily peated barley and is finished in a Sherry Puncheon cask...

Bear (enthusiastically): “Her smoky, earthy body wrapped in dried fruits and bottled at a natural cask strength of 60.7% abv… man, just left us speechless. Ledaig Sherry Puncheon is a young sweet princess, born in 2008. But don't be fooled... this youngling has some courage and tons of character. Seriously!”

Color / Appearance
Pale gold.

Smell / Nose / Aroma
Cured bacon dancing around marzipan, mosses, barley and oats.

Taste / Palate
Very sweet, unbelievably rich and creamy. Taste of bonfire, salt, peat, rubber and charcoal with some fruitiness coming from behind in tastes like prunes and dried apple.
Finish
Soft and smoky, umami like.
