Smell / Nose / Aroma

A tad smoky on the nose with a lot of sherry going on afterwards.

Flavor / Taste / Palate

An intricate play between some chocolate sensations, sherry undertones and smoky whif. Lots of gentle and interesting spices are also present.

Finish

Long and enduring finish that has a lot to offer.

Sweet smoky sherry bomb! Not much on the nose, considering the high proof, but the sherry is there. Sweet at first, with a huge smoky punch, them the chocolate slides back in. Loooong finish. Not too complex, but not too hot at 117 proof.
