And it has always been one of the best values in high-quality single barrel Bourbons. Each bottle is hand-dated on the back with the cask number and year that the Spirit entered the cask. This makes it fun to collect and compare the editions over time. As the name tells you, all the casks in Evan Williams Single Barrel Bourbon Vintage 2011 were laid down in 2011. They were aged between seven and eight years and bottled at 43.3% ABV.
