Being one of the oldest brands in the World, the story of Filliers begins sometime towards the end of the 18th century in Belgium. Karel Lodewijk Filliers started the Jenever business on the family farm and ignited the passion for distillation that would continue for five generations! It was in the year 1928 that Firmin Filliers came up with the recipe for Gin with 28 different botanicals, and it hasn’t changed since then. Why change perfection, right?
The production was slow in the middle of last century as Whisky was a more popular choice of spirit, but in the last decade things have changed. The craft Gin movement is growing growing stronger, and now this legendary Gin returned its former glory. Filliers Dry Gin is a small batch Gin created in copper stills. It was infused with 28 botanicals, in addition to juniper, to form the soul of this descent of Jenever a real tradition in a bottle!
