A classic, light Speyside dram with a consistent quality you can trust anywhere in the world.

The famous Glenfiddich Distillery was founded by Scotch Whisky legend William Grant in 1887 with used equipment acquired from the Cardhu Distillery. Remaining in the hands of the Grant family to this day, Glenfiddich is the biggest selling Single Malt Whisky worldwide and can be found in quality pubs from Indonesia and Beijing to Morocco and Los Angeles. Not only are they a top producer of premium Single Malt by volume, they are a much honored and loved go-to Speyside of choice for millions of loyal fans.

Imagine this… you are exhausted after a week of business travel. You arrive at the hotel bar in other foreign town. You are hoping to grab a dram of something decent because all they had on the plane were mini plastic bottles of cheapness. As you sink heavy into the barstool, your eyes catch a glimpse of salvation in the form of a familiar triangular green glass bottle — Glenfiddich 12 Year Old Single Malt.

Classic Speyside Single Malt aged in a combination of American and European oak barrels with a quality that you can trust anywhere in the world — and one that deserves a place in your glass and on your top shelf.

Smartass Corner:
The water used in Glenfiddich Single Malts comes from the famous Robbie Dhu springs which bubble up through the bedrock limestone nearby.

Lacking any distinctive characteristics beyond "smooth and sweet". Fails to hook me in any way. Almost tastes watered down, but maybe it's a fluke of my palate tonight - I'll have to come back to it another time.
