The House of Hine has it all: the location (Jarnac, the heart of the Grand Champagne region), the history (founded in 1763 by Thomas Hine’s father-in-law), and some celebrity fans (Hine was the sole Cognac supplier to Queen Elizabeth II of England). Hine Cognac is produced in small quantities, and it is of the highest quality. Using only the finest grapes from the Grand Champagne region and distilling through their traditional slow process that involves mostly precision and meticulousness, before aging their Cognacs for an extended period of time, Hine has become renowned as one of the best Cognacs in the world.

H by Hine is a fine youthful and floral Champagne that is perfect for mixing in cocktails. Made from about 15 different eaux-de-vie sourced from Grande and Petite Champagne, the youngest of which was aged for four years in the cellars of the House of Hine, known for its high humidity which slows down evaporation to create a more mellow and refined Cognac. This is a spectacular Cognac, winner of several awards, that can very well be enjoyed on its own but will shine even more brightly with some tonic, ginger ale, cucumber, or rosemary.
