Les Brûleries Modernes is a range of premium Spirits, incuding Gin, Whisky, Cognac, Pineaux des Charentes, Brandy and Armagnac. It’s produced at the Vinet-Delpech Distillery that has been active in the heart of the Petite Champagne since 1777. It’s been led by Bruno Delannoy since 1991 and today his son Jean-Baptiste creates the Les Brûleries Modernes portfolio. The distillery owns a 100-hectare vineyard in the heart of the Cognac area. They preserve the rich tradition of the distillery and its vineyard but you know, in a modern way.

Distilled in column stills and aged in oak for 15 years, Hector Legrand Extra Brandy 15 Year Old is an intense and rich Brandy. It’s made from Ugni Blanc and Colornbard grapes. Bottled at 40% ABV, it greets with aromas of candied orange and Bourbon vanilla that reveal chocolate, cocoa, and roasted dry fruits on the rich and deep palate. Enjoy it as a digestive, neat, or over ice. Don’t be afraid to nibble on a square of dark chocolate while you’re sipping.
