High-tech, high fidelity Gin.

There are three varieties that go into the making of Hepple Gin. There’s Italian and Balkan juniper, and then intriguingly enough, a green, young juniper that grows on Hepple itself.

But it doesn’t stop there, there. It’s a three way extract process to extract flavor. And we have to admit, its futuristic af. The first step involves a copper pot still upon which the ‘core’ Gin is created. This is the foundation, the cornerstone of Hepple Gin’s signature characteristics. The next step is the rotary evaporator, a machine that reduces the atmospheric pressure, cold distilling the ingredients and preserving them in their raw state.

Lastly a CO2 Extraction System – also known as the Supercritical machine (also known as something straight outta a Marvel movie) concludes the third and final step of the Triple Technique method. Hepple wanted to completely rethink how Gin is made. The result? Hepple High Fidelity Gin… and Gold at San Francisco Spirits Awards.

I have a friend from the North...

I have a friend from the Northumbria region of England and that is why I bought this gin. It's not a bad gin but it is too strong with the juniper unless you like that

Am rapidly becoming a gin snob...

Am rapidly becoming a gin snob... I found Hepple delightful, the perfect combo of aromatics and juniper to please this aging palate . Worthy of sipping straight, great with Fever Tree Indian tonic water.
Probably too nice to make my favorite Negroni...
