In 2000, Christian Jensen, who worked in the financial sector at that time, visited Tokyo. A long-time Gin aficionado, he ordered one when he visited a local bar. The bartender agreed a good London Dry Gin was hard to find and gave him a bottle of an old-style Gin. When Christian returned to Bermondsey in South London, he teamed up with Charles Maxwell, a distiller at Thames Distillery, who helped him create a London Dry that would resemble the long-gone old school Gins. After a year of experimenting, they created a classic, smooth London Dry Gin, perfect for Martinis.

Jensen's Bermondsey Dry Gin is a delicate offering with rich floral and citrus notes. It's a faithful revival of the glorious mid-20th century style, with a layered and balanced character that will leave you wanting more. It should be experienced neat, of course, but this Gin was designed for beautiful Dry Martinis. Magical!
