Južni Vetar Vilja XO Rakia is a traditional Spirit that’s made from 100% locally harvested plums, pears, apricots, and quince that are then fermented. Vilja actually stands for Williams pear. They call this one “Old Rakia” as it spent several years in old oak barrels that imparted it with its rich flavors. Clocking in at 40% ABV, the palate is soft and bursting with fresh fruit flavors and pear notes. This is a classic Rakia that stands on hundreds of years of traditions.
