Born in Charente in the famous Cognac region of France, to an Englishman and a French woman of Belgian and Dutch roots, Monsieur Gin comes from a family of pharmacists. Based on the savoir-faire and knowledge of medicinal plants that have been passed down for generations, this is a modern London Dry Gin, made in France, with plenty of character.

Monsieur Gin is distilled in small 500-liter traditional pot stills with locally sourced ingredients. Only plants from organic FAIR Trade farms that are hand-harvested in small quantities make it to this organic and gluten-free Gin. The water used is pure still spring water from Gensac-la-Pallue that’s less than 5km from Cognac. The list of ingredients includes juniper berries, coriander seeds, verbena leaves, and elderflowers that leave behind a special flavor and smoothness. The bottle is also environmentally friendly with a top made of wood, labels made from mineral paper, and non-toxic glues. Great stuff.
