In 2009 the State of Tennessee changed its laws to allow the making of Moonshine again for the first time in more than one hundred years. Joe Baker and his family jumped at the chance to get into the game. They have had raging success since then, opening four themed, visitor-friendly distilleries in their home state and creating a broad range of twenty-seven flavored Moonshines and a dozens Whiskies that are now available across the United States and around the world — some of them strong enough to peel the paint off a battleship.
