Port Ellen 1982 Douglas Laing 25 Year Old

Ah, the Old Malt Cask series, you're spoiling us! This time, it's a fantastic 25-year-old Scotch from the long-silent Port Ellen Distillery. Right before they closed it down, they created this gem and put it in the Sherry Cask #2400.

In March 2007, when it was finally bottled, it was a completely different world, but the echo from the past brings incredible Islay character to the table. Behold one of 670 bottles of precious Single Malt.
