Formerly sailing on Celebrity Cruises and working as a brand ambassador for several Spirit brands, Cindy knew that when she has her own Spirit one day, it would somehow express her great love for everything maritime. Cindy was also missing a truly complex and layered yet bold and fresh Gin, you know, the kind that you can easily sip on the rocks, neat, but that can also hold its ground in a juicy cocktail. Enter Poseidon Gin.

Crafted with 12 botanicals from all over the world, including rosemary, cardamom, elderflower, rosehip, grains of paradise, and cubeb berries, the main ingredient in this complex Gin is Wakame seaweed that adornes it with the Spirit of the ocean. But what really sets it apart from a myriad of other craft Gins is its structure: this layered concoction is built like a complex Whiskey. It has a clear start, middle part, and ending. Starting out fresh, the warmer spicer bring earthy vibes while the Wakame seaweed imparts a briny hint of sea salt on the sweet and velvety palate. The finish is warm and lingering; enjoy this one any way you like, neat, on the rocks, or at G&T o’clock.
