In 2019, Suntory released The Essence of Suntory “Volume 3: Cedar Throwdown”. Pretty awesome name, by the way. Part of it is this release, a NAS malt and grain blended Whisky that spent some time in cedar-head casks in the Yamazaki Distillery. As the name implies, it’s a very rich and smooth Whisky, worth your attention.
