Sikkim distill their Gins with a copper still from 1831 and infuse it with red tea, dutch juniper and other flower essences. The red tea comes from the Tibetan region of Sikkim, the part of India where some of the best teas in the World are grown. This least populated state in India borders with Nepal and Tibet, and was a gateway on the tea roads frm China in the past.
Sikkim Bilberry is one of the three Gins in their portfolio. Distilled in England and transported to Spain to infuse with dutch juniper, red tea, flower essences, blackberries, iris, blueberries, coriander, calamus and bitter orange skin. A very intriguing London-distilled Gin.
