Single Cask Collection Rum Bodega Pedro Oliver (700mL)

Single Cask Collection are a company based in Austria that hand select and bottle the finest drams around. They choose only one cask to bottle, hence the name, and as such, bottlings are rare and exciting. They do not add or take anything away with each bottling either, giving their product authenticity and fantastic cask strength flavour.
 
The 3rd release in Single Cask Collection’s Rum selection is a thick and sweet dram with an abundance of oak character. This particular Rum hails from the Dominican Republic and has a fantastically rich and deep body, with a velvety texture of caramel in the mouth feel.
