The 20th century wasn't kind to aspiring Gin makers in the UK due to weird regulations regarding still sizes that hindered startups. Little did the 3 friends know that they would be at the forefront of the Gin renaissance when they founded Sipsmith. Together, they launched a petition in 2008 that managed to pave the way for a new generation of Gin makers with their fresh company leading the way.
They source the finest English barley for their London Dry Gin and spice it up with 10 carefully selected botanicals. Finally, the heart is blended with exceptionally pure water of the Lydwell spring, one of River Thames’ sources. The final product is a very sophisticated interpretation of the classic London Dry Gin style. The recipe is damn near perfect ― which is why they've taken a vow to never change it. Lemon Drizzle Gin builds on that delicious foundation, adding sun-dried lemon peels, lemon verbena, and fresh-peeled lemons into the mix. Fresh, zesty, fruity, and floral, it's a Gin that's painstakingly crafted to brighten your day.
