It was the crazy Sixties — in 1966, to be precise — in the Scottish Highlands when seasoned Whisky-makers put this dram to rest. Wait, ye wee Spirit, you're special!

And it waited three long decades, unaware of the world around it until it was bottled at cask strength in 1996 from Cask #6869. It was specially selected for Whiskies of the World and it's as fine as it gets — a delicious time capsule.
