Sometimes, having someone else temper with your perfection results in a whole new level of excellence. This expression is proof of that. Sure, Dalmore is great as is, but that didn't stop the indie bottler Signatory Vintage to grab that and run with it — through a single ex-Bourbon barrel for more than a quarter of a century.
Part of the emblematic Cask Strength Collection, this Whisky comes bottled as natural and as unadulterated as only true legends should. Expect roasted nuts and mature oak, with waves of fresh vanilla on the nose, toffee ice-cream, melted butter, and a hint of Turkish delight on the palate, and a complex floral, spicy finish.
Limited edition: 1 of 236 bottles.
