It’s perfect, so what are you waiting for?

Quintessential Brands is an amalgamation of new and established spirits — some going all the way back to the year 1761 — that they brought together under one roof in 2011 by Enzo Viscone (former CEO of Campari) and Warren Scott (the “money guy”). This London-based spirits-giant in the making produces a portfolio of thirteen premium brands delivering more than 60 million bottles per year. And they are just getting started.

Quintessential’s Dublin Liberties Irish Whiskey line has two members. But today we are talking about our personal favorite of the two — The Dublin Liberties Copper Alley 10 YO Irish Whiskey. It has all of the magic we want in an Irish Whiskey dram with a resumé that can’t be beat. It’s a Single Malt, it’s aged a full ten years in ex-Bourbon casks, it’s finished in 30-year-old Oloroso Sherry casks, and it’s non-chill filtered at a 46% ABV. But the supply is strictly limited to only thirty-one casks. What are you waiting for?

The flavor profile betrays it’s price. I for sure thought I was drinking a higher end dram. I’ll be on the lookout for a bottle.
