A fresh take on London Dry with rare botanicals from 1736.
Von Hallers Gin is not named after the universal scholar, poet, medicine expert, and botanist Albrecht von Haller. It was him who planted the very botanicals for their Gin in 1736 in the Old Botanical Garden at Gottingen University. Hand-picked from these same von Haller botanical gardens, this hand-crafted Gin is the first Gin to come out of the German city of Gottingen.
Distilled slowly and gently, Von Hallers Gin Classic is a unique expression that’s crafted with special botanicals, such as German ginger, lemon verbena, and a special type of fuchsia. The final result is powerful, complex, and warming with juniper, menthol, lemon peel, thyme, and some very pleasant ginger heat. This is a fresh and slightly spicy take on the classic London Dry and it promises to take your tonic to new heights.
