Cancelling your Membership

To initiate the cancellation process, you can inform us in writing, by email or you do it yourself on our website (log in to your Account and visit the Membership page). Please note that while online cancellations are effective immediately, cancellation requests received by email may take up to five (5) business days to process.

It's essential to cancel within the designated grace period to qualify for a refund. The period varies depending on your membership plan. Please note that we may adjust your refund based on your benefit use. 

    • Flaviar Black Annual Plan: 14-days
    • Flaviar Whisky Subscriptions: 14-days
    • Legacy Membership Plans: 72h

Any cancelation attempts after this timeframe will result in membership/subscription renewal prevention and will remain active until the end of the prepaid period. The same rules, time limitations, and refund eligibility options also apply for membership/subscription renewals. To avoid being charged, you must cancel your membership at least one (1) full business day prior to your next renewal date.

*For Whiskey Subscriptions: canceling before any shipment goes out will grant you a full refund. If the cancelation request is sent after a subscription order was shipped, you will receive a partial refund for the remainder of the subscription.

Please note that Flaviar's bonuses or gifts upon joining are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Store Purchases

If we don't deliver your goods within two months from when the order was placed, we will refund your payment in full. This does not apply to preorders and unique releases.

You can cancel an order for a full refund within three days of purchase by contacting us at support@flaviar.com, provided it hasn't shipped. If an order has shipped cancellation is no longer possible.

Once an order has been safely & successfully delivered, we do not accept returns due to a change of heart or taste. For more information please visit our Shipping and Returns Policy.

Non-returnable and non-refundable purchases: personalized items (e.g., engraved), all items from our "Vault" store, all presales, special releases, and items of seasonal relevance unless stated otherwise.
