Glenfarclas 26 Year Old 1989 Distillery Exclusive (700mL)

585 bottles. That's really not a whole lot when it comes to Whisky. We'll get to that in a second. First, some history: Glenfarclas was founded in 1836 by Robert Hay, but was then sold to the famous John Grant in 1865. The Grant family owns and operates the distillery to this day, making it one of the few independent, family-owned distilleries in Scotland. They are famous for their classic Speyside-style Whisky with a trademark Sherry finish.
 
Alright, remember those 585 bottles? That's all that's left of this 26-year-old malt. In fact, when it was presented at the Speyside Festival last year, the crowd went wild. Literally. Just think of what it might do to your home bar. Exactly.
