Hardy Cognac Noces d'Argent

There is simply no better Cognac dram to raise on that special occasion… like tonight.

Back in the mid 1800s, Anthony Hardy — an Englishman — fell in love with northern France and Cognac. After decades of flirting with the region as an importer of Cognac into England, he eventually moved there, changed his name from Anthony to Antoine, and opened up his own Cognac distillation house (a "maison"). Hey… follow your passions, right? Today, Maison Hardy produces two lovely Pineaus and a wide range of Cognacs from the middle price points all the way up to some truly fantastic artistic expressions arrayed in fine crystal decanters.

Hardy Cognac has a series of five special releases for special anniversaries. Each is served up in a unique, stunning decanter with plenty of nostalgia and romance. Noces d’Argent translates as "Silver Wedding Anniversary" — traditionally the 25th. But the Spirits inside the bottle are far older. It is a combination of fine Hardy Champaign Cognacs aged thirty, fifty, and sixty years… with a bit of far older Cognacs added to yield that stellar aroma.

Hardy Cognac Noces d’Argent is a truly spectacular example of everything we all love about Cognac… and romance. It’s pleasing to the eyes, nose, palate, and heart.
